Hospice Inpatient RN Opportunity

Supplemental Health Care is hiring compassionate and skilled Hospice RNs to provide exceptional end-of-life care in inpatient hospice or hospice house settings in Corpus Christi, Texas. Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of assignment
• AHA BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• CHPN certification preferred
• 1+ year of recent experience (within last 3 years) in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care
• Previous inpatient hospice, GIP, or acute symptom management experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in pain/symptom management, care planning, and hospice documentation
• Compliance with facility credentialing (background check, TB test, immunizations, etc.)

Hospice Inpatient RN Contract Details:

• $1,600 - $1,760 per week*
• Openings are for 36 hours per week
• AM shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and manage complex symptom needs (pain, dyspnea, agitation, delirium)
• Coordinate hospice plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team (IDG)
• Provide compassionate patient and family education and emotional support
• Manage transitions of care between inpatient, home hospice, and other care settings
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in alignment with hospice regulations

As a Hospice Inpatient RN, you'll deliver direct nursing care and manage complex symptom needs for patients requiring intensive end-of-life support. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you'll ensure comfort, compassion, and continuity of care in a 24/7 hospice setting.
