ATEX Healthcare Home Health is seeking an LVN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under the direction of a registered nurse. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, educate clients on self-care, and assist in implementing the physician's plan of care.
The role requires completion of an LVN program, Texas licensure, 6–12 months of clinical experience (home health preferred), and a current CPR certification. A reliable insured vehicle is required.
