Key Responsibilities of the RN – OR
- Operating Room
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing surgery
- Assist in neurosurgery, urology, general surgery, and other specialized procedures
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of advanced surgical equipment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to hospital policies for surgical services
Requirements of the RN – OR
- Operating Room
- RN license required
- Experience in OR nursing with a strong grasp of surgical procedures
- Certification in relevant specialties preferred
