Travel RN – Neuro/Ortho (Telemetry)

Corpus Christi, Texas

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite | Projected Start:
September 21, 2026

• Provide direct patient care on a 25-bed Neuro/Ortho unit with patient ratios of 5:1 to 6:1
• Operate and manage Baxter IV pumps, KCI wound vacs, and SCD pumps
• Manage chest tubes and monitor associated patient outcomes
• Administer and monitor non-titrated Cardizem and Amiodarone drips
• Manage weight-based heparin drips in accordance with unit protocols
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Proficiency in general med/surg nursing competencies

• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• Telemetry nursing experience
• Familiarity with chest tube management and cardiac drip protocols
