Job Summary
Operating Room Nurse in a healthcare setting. Job Details

• Schedule:
  
  Days shift, weekends, from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred); 2 years of experience in the operating room specialty; BLS certification (American Heart Association); RN license in the state of Texas or a compact license
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) and EPIC charting experience for at least two years; experience handling cardiovascular (open-heart) cases with support capabilities for general operating room procedures
• Additional Information:
  The position involves supporting cardiovascular surgical cases with the ability to assist in general OR procedures. The nurse must demonstrate competency in clinical judgment, decision making, and patient education. Candidates are expected to disclose RTO requests upfront before an offer is extended.
