OVERVIEW:

Role Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the project automation schedule, ensuring it aligns with overall project timelines.
• Continuously enhance and refine the existing automation schedule to reflect evolving project needs.
• Integrate schedules from vendors and system integrators into the overarching automation schedule.
• Facilitate the seamless integration of the automation schedule into the master project schedule.
• Conduct regular reviews of schedule elements, including the critical path, constraints, relationships, lags, variances, milestones, and content accuracy.
• Generate and maintain schedule-related metrics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to collect and incorporate schedule updates.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly project reports for stakeholders and leadership.

Role Requirements

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project planning.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for tracking, analyzing, and visualizing schedule-related KPIs.
• Strong understanding of process automation project phases within the context of capital projects.
• Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
