Job Overview
The Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program (CBBEP) is seeking a Avian Conservation Ecologist to join the Coastal Bird Program. The team is small yet experienced, focusing on conservation‑focused research, effective management strategies, and community outreach to improve population trends of coastal avifauna.
Responsibilities- Lead shorebird‑related projects within the Coastal Bird Program.
- Assist with other bird program projects across a broad range of taxa.
- Collaborate closely with the Coastal Bird Program Director and staff, exercising initiative and independent judgment.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion and dedication toward avian conservation.
