Compensation

$11.50 to $14.50 per hour with an easily achievable commission structure. You can earn up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $1.45 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate works with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers to process sales, loans, and other transactions.

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays merchandise.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items according to policy.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to perform duties that require standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Employees may be asked to assist a customer on the exterior of the building.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work in multiple locations and flexible retail schedule.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.

Commission incentive plan is proprietary. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2‑8% commission based on gross profit of personal performance.
