As a Garden Department Manager at Jardiland, you play an essential role in commercial performance and customer satisfaction:

Garden Department Management:

• You ensure the display of garden products in accordance with presentation and seasonality rules.
• You manage orders, stocks, and supplies in line with the needs of the department.
• You ensure the quality of products, their maintenance, and the good condition of the department.

Commercial Development:

• You participate in the analysis of performance indicators of the department and implement action plans to achieve objectives.
• You actively participate in the implementation of commercial operations and the animation of the department in connection with key garden times.

Sales Relationship:

• You advise customers and colleagues with pedagogy and passion.
• You contribute to a warm, personalized, and professional customer experience.

• You have successful experience in department management, ideally in the gardening sector.
• You are passionate about the world of gardening.
• You have a sense of commerce, customer service, and teamwork.
• You are rigorous, organized, and a force of proposal.
