• 5‑week paid training program (Trainee) → promotion to Pawnbroker with a $0.50 hourly raise.
• Pawnbroker Certification Program for an additional $1 per hour and eligibility for Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader).

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, respectful environment that sets the business apart.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a positive, outgoing personality and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of common pawn items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) – plus.
• Sales background – plus.
• Bilingual language skills – plus.
