Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding and supporting members regarding self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; promoting products and services;
Maintain safety of facility through safety sweeps and forklift procedures; handle hazardous materials per guidelines; correct and report unsafe conditions;
Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning areas, stocking, arranging displays, signing and pricing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Monitor product quality through rotation, date coding, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensure prominent displays of promotions;
Assist with club pick-up orders throughout the day and staging according to policy and procedures.
