Job Overview

Health and Beauty associate are focused on taking care of customers and creating merchandising displays. They move incoming merchandise onto the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.

Hourly wage: $19–$32 per hour, plus additional local/minimum wage compliance.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
