Retail Associate – Inventory

Salary: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour. The more hours you work, the more you can earn, with potential productivity‑based wage increases of up to $5.00 in the first six months.

• Count and record inventory with precision
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow for inventory management
• Move between inventory locations; often walking or standing for extended periods
• Meet daily performance goals and pursue productivity‑based wage increases

• Minimum age 18 years
• Prior experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred but not required
• Strong focus and attention to detail, reliable attendance, and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Comfortable learning handheld scanners or count tools
• Access to reliable transportation

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands for repetitive motions, squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift up to 25 lbs, and travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
