As part of the produce team, you’ll make decisions about quality, availability, cleanliness, and freshness of produce to support member satisfaction. You’ll be front‑line customer service, contributing to a welcoming environment.

• Maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members.
• Provide outstanding customer service and answer member questions.
• Keep a clean, neat, member‑ready area.
• Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
• Maintain inventory to avoid out‑of‑stock or over‑stock situations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Prepare produce (trim, crisp, package, scale) according to established standards.
• Apply sanitation guidelines and comply with laws, regulations, and policies on produce quality.
• Leverage digital tools for sales, training, and product quality decisions.
• Use perpetual inventory techniques to manage stock and rotation.
• Guide peers and attend to customer needs while following company policies.
• Identify priorities, set deadlines, complete tasks, and communicate progress with managers and coworkers.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. The actual rate may be higher depending on location and role.
