• Lead and develop the store team, including hiring, training, and coaching associates.
• Drive sales results and manage daily cash handling and inventory.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Oversee store operations, including opening and closing, safety, and compliance.
• Develop and implement local merchandising and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor and control shrinkage and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage budgets and achieve profit targets.
• Build professional relationships with customers and community partners.
• Provide reporting and insights to corporate management.
