The Retail Sales Merchandiser is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Greater Corpus Christi Area. This position is responsible for visiting assigned retail locations, stocking and rotating products, building attractive displays, and ensuring all merchandise is properly priced and labeled. The role includes maintaining strong relationships with store personnel, monitoring inventory levels, and communicating product needs or opportunities to sales leadership.

The Retail Sales Merchandiser will also support in‑store promotions, gather market feedback, and help maintain brand standards across all assigned accounts. Daily activities involve driving between locations, following established routes, and completing required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

• Candidates should possess skills in Retail Sales and Retail operations.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support store partners and shoppers.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Sales & Marketing to drive product visibility and growth.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between retail locations.
• Ability to lift, move, and merchandise products, including repetitive bending and standing.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in merchandising, beverage, or consumer packaged goods is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or merchandising training is a plus.
