Job Description

Responsible for operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing pizzas, receiving telephone orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment. Complete onboarding training and comply with all company safety and quality standards.

• Minimum age: 16 years or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, including handling orders over the phone and in person.
• Accurate basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eye and hand for rapid, precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Standing – Most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking – Short distances and durations on various surfaces, including ceramic tile and linoleum.
• Sitting – Paperwork performed at a desk or table.
• Lifting – Bulk deliveries up to 50 pounds; items weighing up to 3′ × 1.5′. Cases stacked onto shelves up to 72 in. high.
• Carrying – Large cans (3 lb 7 oz.), pizza sauce (30 lb), and pizza dough trays (12 lb each).
• Pushing – Trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb. of force.
• Climbing – Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance.
• Stooping/Bending – Continuous forward bending at the pizza assembly station; duration 30–45 seconds per instance.
• Crouching/Squatting – Occasional use for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Reaching – Continuous up, down, and forward reaching; occasional reach above 72 in. for oven and shelf tasks.
• Hand Tasks – Continuous use of hands for shaping dough, using pizza peel, cutter, and box assembly; frequent finger pinching.
• Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids – Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza utensils.
