Domino’s Pizza is seeking Customer Service Representatives with a strong customer focus and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

The role involves operating all store equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving phone orders, handling inventory and paperwork, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Employees may progress from customer service to store management positions, general manager, corporate operations, or franchise ownership.

Must be 16 years of age or older.

• Operate all equipment, including ovens and mixers.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Prepare product according to company standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Maintain inventory records and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Orientation and job‑site training to be provided.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Accurately perform basic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); calculator use permitted.
• Provide correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Possess motor coordination between eyes and hands for rapid and accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying adverse weather while handling outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or higher.
• Sudden temperature changes.
• Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.

• Clear voice and hearing for telephone communication.
• Near and mid‑range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, handle stress, meet quality control standards, make judgments, and process data.

• Stand for most tasks; walk short distances on tile/lino surfaces; sit for paperwork.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb, stack cases up to 72 in. high.
• Carrying: large cans (≈ 3.2 lb), pizza sauce (≈ 30 lb), trays of dough (≈ 12 lb each).
• Pushing/pulling trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 lb.
• Climbing stairs or ladders infrequently.
• Stooping, bending, crouching, squatting for stocking and cleaning.
• Reaching up to 72 in. for oven controls and shelf tasks.
• Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination for dough shaping, pizza peel, cutter, box assembly, grasping cans, phone, peel, cutter, boxes.
• Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, peel.
