Howdy RV is growing — and we're looking for a driven Sales Representative who knows how to build relationships, create momentum, and close deals in one of the most exciting dual-market niches in Texas.
This isn't a sit-and-wait position. We're looking for someone who runs toward opportunity, follows up relentlessly, and takes full ownership of their results. If you want a paycheck that actually reflects your work ethic, this is your lane.

You're a self-starter with high personal standards and the kind of energy that's contagious on a sales floor. You're confident but coachable, competitive but professional, and you understand that in commission sales, consistency is everything. You thrive on activity, love the process of earning trust, and you never let a lead go cold.
What You'll Do
Guide customers through the full purchase process — from first contact to delivery — on both RVs and boats
Follow up with internet, phone, and walk-in leads with speed and professionalism
Prospect and generate your own pipeline alongside dealership-provided leads
Stay sharp on product knowledge across RVs, boats, and financing options
Deliver a buying experience customers want to tell their friends about
