Position SummaryOur retail salespeople are the heartbeat and energy of the Lids brand. These cap experts are committed to fostering a passion for sporting and fashion goods by meeting the needs of our loyal customers and occasional buyers alike. Our customers rely on our team to find and select products that represent their individuality, team pride, and personal style. Working in our store requires providing each customer with an exceptional experience, maintaining meticulous product presentation, and being a subject‑matter expert in our products and services.
PrincipalDuties and Responsibilities
- Generate Revenue:
Achieve revenue growth through excellent customer service; meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics; engage in store maintenance according to visual guidelines, including sales signage and store cleanliness. - Control Expenses:
Protect company assets within LIDS Retail policies; manage store inventory, including processing shipments and resetting merchandise; assist with accurate product counts promptly; support all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
