Outside Sales Representative - B2B - Corpus Christi Position Description

Brite Star Uniforms, a locally‑owned family‑run company since 1955, is seeking a Business‑to‑Business Outside Sales Representative to join our successful team in Corpus Christi. In this role you will solicit new customers for our custom uniform programs and other services. We serve a broad range of industries, including automotive, industrial, government, refineries, machine shops, HVAC, plumbing, and all companies that wear uniforms.

• Identify and develop new business customers.
• Cold‑call businesses and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Meet with and analyze the needs of potential clients.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and manage time effectively and productively.
• Achieve sales goals and participate in sales strategy planning.

• 2‑4+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Minimum high school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Good computer and CRM skills.
• Hunter sales mentality; goal‑driven and self‑motivated.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $ per year
