JCPenney is seeking a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate to be the resident guru for all Fine Jewelry in the store. You will educate customers on product attributes and drive sales with in-depth knowledge of our Fine Jewelry lines.
You will participate in inventory, transfers, returns, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor while supporting iCAP-driven performance and safety standards. The role includes commission opportunities of 1% on qualified merchandise and 10% on Service and Care
