Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their healthcare needs and coverage requirements.
  • Present and explain various Medicare plan options clearly and concisely to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for all things Medicare.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with Medicare regulations and product offerings to provide accurate and beneficial advice.
  • Collaborate with the DLP Insurance Solutions team to share insights and improve client service.
Requirements
  • Willing to pass Texas state life and health insurance exam
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • A genuine desire to help people find the right Medicare plans to meet their needs.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your time effectively.
  • Comfortable using technology for client interactions and record-keeping.
