Pay & Benefits
Hourly wage: $11.50 to $14.50 per hour. Commission structure available; sales associates may earn up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $2.58 per hour on top of the base rate.

Seeking entry‑level, full‑time retail sales associates in pawn store locations nationwide. The pawnbroker/retail sales associate works collaboratively with all staff to provide customer service on both lending and retail sides, greets and engages customers, processes sales, loans, and other transactions, and handles customer inquiries and problem resolution.
Responsibilities- Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
- Perform non‑management open/close procedures.
- Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Execute sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle cash and negotiable items in compliance with procedures.
- Answer incoming calls per company standards.
- Communicate legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect.
- Partner with staff to create a positive customer experience.
- Successfully complete assigned training.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, etc.) in compliance with law.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
- Available to assist customers on the exterior of the building and retrieve products from exterior storage.
- Minimum age 18.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong desire to work, serve customers, and work in a team.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic math calculations.
- Cash‑handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
- Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems and common office machines.

Commission Plan InformationThe commission incentive plan is proprietary. Pawnbrokers may earn 2–8% commission based on gross profit of personal performance. Applicants will receive details during the interview process.
