What You’ll Do- Grow sales, market share, and profitability within your assigned territory.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers through service, trust, and follow-through.
- Collaborate with teammates to share leads, support campaigns, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to keep Site Pro ahead of the curve.
- 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or equipment rental.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that build confidence and loyalty.
- A self-starter mindset with solid time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems (like Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
