Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $65,000–$80,000 + Uncapped Commission
We're looking for a compassionate, self-driven professional to join our team as a Community Liaison. In this position, you'll be the face of our organization, championing our mission and promoting specialized end-of-life care services throughout the community. You'll build meaningful, trust-based relationships with healthcare partners, physicians, and referral sources—helping families access the compassionate care they deserve. Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and healthcare professionals
- Conduct regular, intentional outreach and relationship-building visits across the service area
- Serve as an advocate for our services, explaining our philosophy and approach to prospective referral sources
- Lead initial conversations with patients and families about our care services, facilitating informed decisions with empathy
- Drive referral growth and census expansion by positioning our organization as the provider of choice
- Maintain strong working relationships with key staff and community agencies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare
- Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in hospice or palliative care marketing
- Prior clinical background
- Track record of exceeding sales or growth targets
Compensation:
Competitive base salary ($65,000–$80,000) Uncapped commission structure
