Pay Details:

Licensed Consultants base pay: $43,680 / year
* plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses

* Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K+ through a combination of base pay, performance bonuses, and generous commission. Top performing agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000+ / year

What You Will Do:

• Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads
• Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage
• Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers
• Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management
• Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision
• Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture

Our Ideal Candidate:

• High School Diploma
• Bilingual
  - Fluency in English and Spanish
• Active Property & Casualty license
• 2 years of Insurance experience
• 1+ year of Sales experience
• Advanced computer proficiency
• Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation

Preferred Attributes:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Commercial Lines experience nice to have
• Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting nice to have
• 1+ year experience working in a call center environment nice to have
