Sales Manager

Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role at Right at Home, San Antonio East and South is based in Corpus Christi, TX. The Sales Manager oversees local sales activities by identifying prospective referral sources, visiting hospitals, clinics, senior communities, and other partners, and presenting Right at Home’s in-home care services. This role develops and executes territory sales plans, manages pipelines and follow-ups, and maintains accurate records in CRM systems.

The Sales Manager collaborates closely with operations and care teams to align client needs with available services, supports community outreach events, and represents the organization at networking functions. The position includes regularly meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and providing feedback on market trends to leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing opportunities.
• Experience in account management and customer service, with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships and ensure a positive client experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in speaking to healthcare professionals, community leaders, and families.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Comfort using CRM software and basic office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) to track and report sales activity.
• Previous experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and travel locally within the Corpus Christi area as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
