Hospice Liaison – Corpus Christi, TX

TX Recruiting is seeking an experienced Hospice Liaison for a growing hospice provider serving Corpus Christi and the surrounding area.

We’re looking for someone who knows the local healthcare market, enjoys building relationships, and understands how to turn those relationships into hospice referrals and admissions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other referral sources.
• Generate new hospice referrals and help grow patient census.
• Build and manage a strong referral pipeline throughout Corpus Christi and the surrounding territory.
• Educate referral partners on hospice services, eligibility, and the benefits of hospice care.
• Identify new accounts and opportunities within the territory.
• Consistently work toward monthly referral and admission goals.
• Partner with the clinical team to help ensure a smooth transition from referral to admission.

• Hospice or home health sales/liaison experience strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships within the Corpus Christi healthcare market are a major plus.
• Proven ability to develop referral sources and generate admissions.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
