Membership Sales Executive, Freedom Boat Club of the Coastal Bend

One market. One closer. An average of 160 warm leads a month. We are hiring a hunter to own it and close it.

Freedom Boat Club of the Coastal Bend is looking for a self-driven closer to sell memberships across our Laguna Marina (Corpus Christi) and Cove Harbor Marina (Rockport, TX) locations. You will be the only sales professional in this market, working a steady flow of warm, marketing-generated leads and hunting for more. Our marketing engine brings prospects to the door. You turn them into members.

This is a hunter's role. After training, you will be on your own most of the time, running your own pipeline, your own schedule, and your own number. If you need someone standing over you to keep you moving, this is not the seat.

If you have closed in boats, cars, RVs, powersports, insurance, timeshare, private club memberships, media, or financial services, or any field where your income rises and falls on your own performance, you already have the skill set. Self-employed and straight-commission closers tend to do very well in this role.

• Work an average of 160 warm leads a month fast by phone, text, and email, and generate more through referrals and events
• Deliver in-person tours and consultations that move prospects to a yes
• Close memberships and execute agreements at full value
• Own your pipeline and daily activity in our CRM
• Build dockside relationships with members to drive referrals
• Represent Freedom Boat Club at boat shows, open houses, community events, and member socials

• A proven closer with a track record of asking for the sale and working through objections
• Relentless self-motivation and follow-up. You do not wait for leads to close themselves
• 1+ years of commission sales experience
• Strong communication by phone, text, and in person
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends in season, when prospects are available
• Organized, responsive, and quick to learn a CRM
