Security Officer - Unarmed Property Rover

Allied Universal - Up to $14.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, and report unusual activity and/or property conditions per post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and requesting additional assistance when needed.;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing foot and vehicle traffic, verifying permissions as directed, and assisting with visitor and/or vendor check-in procedures.;
Complete required reports and logs, document incident details, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership per established protocols.
