Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and location-specific policies;
Respond to incidents and critical situations and notify leadership or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking areas, corridors, and the perimeter;
Monitor access points and key areas, observe alarms and video systems, and report irregular conditions;
Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports, document patrol checks, and communicate status updates to on-site personnel and Allied Universal leadership
