Security Officer PatrolLocation: Corpus Christi, TX – Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location. Conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This role combines strong communication, customer service, and dependable presence while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.

Monday: 06:00 AM - 05:30 PM
Tuesday: 06:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Wednesday: 06:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Thursday: 06:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Friday: 06:00 AM - 05:30 PM
What You'll Do:- Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries while following site protocols for badges, visitor logs, and restricted areas.
- Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues observed during patrols and assisting with directional support and general assistance as needed.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation required per federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
