Security Officer Enhanced Part Rover

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry and exit activity, observe for suspicious behavior, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures;
Complete routine logs, incident reports, and daily activity documentation while supporting Allied Universal standards and customer service expectations at the location
