Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an educational location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe campus activity, offering assistance to students, staff, and visitors while following post orders and established protocols.;
Support day-to-day operations during classes, events, and/or after-hours activity by maintaining a visible presence and communicating security-related information as needed.
