Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor directions and entry procedures, and document security-related activities, incidents, and/or concerns according to site protocols.;
Support a professional environment by communicating with patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner and following post orders related to healthcare operations and security-related needs.
