Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and/or conditions;
Help to deter unauthorized access by monitoring entry points, verifying access permissions when required, and advising appropriate personnel of concerns;
Support a professional environment by assisting with directions, observing for security-related issues, and communicating clearly with staff and/or emergency responders when needed
