** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including lobby areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor access in accordance with site policies, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.

+ Support opening and closing procedures, assist with directing foot traffic, and complete required logs, reports, and/or incident documentation in a timely manner.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
