This role is ideal for retirees or individuals seeking a second job who want to remain active, engaged, and make a positive impact in a residential community.

The Courtesy Guard will be stationed primarily at the property entrance and will serve as a visible, welcoming presence while ensuring safety and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor property entrances and common areas
* Provide basic security and surveillance services
* Greet residents and visitors professionally
* Conduct foot patrols as needed
* Safely operate a golf cart
* Assist with deliveries and packages (up to 25 lbs)
* Report unusual activity or safety concerns## Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
* Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
* Professional appearance and good hygiene
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to walk the property as needed
* Reliable and punctual
