Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or first responders when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and/or hazards within the location.;
Monitor entrances, exits, waiting areas, and other designated spaces to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior while maintaining a professional presence.;
Document observations, incidents, and/or reported concerns according to post instructions and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
