Plumbing Inspector

• $70,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and certifications
• Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with 5% company match
• Unlimited PTO (restrictions apply) and 13 paid holidays annually
• Obtain additional certifications on the company’s dime and advance toward Senior Plumbing/Building Inspector or Building Official roles
• Help ensure plumbing systems are installed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards across projects

• Inspect plumbing systems and installations to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, plumbing codes, and safety standards
• Conduct inspections for water supply, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas piping, and related plumbing systems
• Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare timely, professional reports
• Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors while providing expert guidance on plumbing code requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and company initiatives

• TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn new inspection software
