Painters at Bay Ltd. are responsible for preparing and finishing a variety of surfaces, including metal and wood, using abrasive blasting and painting techniques. This role involves working with spray guns, brushes, and rollers to ensure high-quality finishes on equipment, machinery, and buildings. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-conscious, and able to work in diverse environments, including outdoors and at heights.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 3 years’ experience as a painter/blaster
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to move and/or lift objects up to 50 pounds, and carry up to 150 pounds with help
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel as required
