Window World Coastal Bend is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Window Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, adjusting, and occasionally replacing windows and doors previously installed by Window World. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys problem‑solving, communicates well with homeowners, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Window World Coastal Bend – Corpus Christi, TX

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving windows, patio doors, and entry doors
• Perform repairs, adjustments, and occasional product replacements
• Inspect installations and identify root causes of service concerns
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain findings and repair solutions
• Coordinate service appointments, parts orders, and follow‑up work with the office team
• Document service calls, measurements, photos, and completed work
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Window World quality standards
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company

• Experience in window and door installation, service, construction, remodeling, carpentry, or handyman work preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on ladders when necessary
• Basic computer or mobile device skills for documenting service calls
