Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed electrician to lead a rough/trim crew or service crew on residential projects. This role offers the chance to take ownership of job sites, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality electrical installations.
Responsibilities- Perform house rough‑in work: measure, cut, and pull wire
- Complete trim‑out installations: plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the division manager
- Lead the job‑site team and coordinate with helpers to complete tasks efficiently
- Communicate progress and challenges with management, offering creative solutions
- Enforce and follow company safety protocols, correcting or reporting any hazards
- Foster effective on‑site communication, giving and receiving direction clearly
- Valid Texas Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License
- Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience
- Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

CompensationPay range: $16 – $25 per hour, dependent on license type (Wireman or Journeyman) and experience.
