The Brock Group is seeking Helper 1s to join their team at the CITGO Corpus Christi Refinery. These individuals will perform general non-craft labor, supporting scaffold and maintenance operations in a dynamic industrial environment. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, able to work at heights, and eager to learn from experienced mentors while contributing to a performance-driven culture.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Meet Brock’s Fit For Duty Program requirements
• Ability to meet and maintain customer requirements for site access
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including extreme heat or cold
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Must have transportation to and from the work location
• Ability to pass Brock and/or Safety Council Site Specific Orientation requirements
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment
• Physical ability for climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, gripping, and balancing as described
• 20/40 vision (with or without correction) in at least one eye
• Ability to hear a forced whispered voice in one ear at not less than five feet (with or without hearing aid)
