- $36–$38 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

- Diagnose, evaluate, and repair major components on heavy‑duty trucks and specialized equipment
- Perform DOT inspections and advanced preventive maintenance
- Execute complex electronic repairs and in-depth engine diagnostics
- Maintain high quality standards while following all safety protocols
- Document detailed repair processes and communicate effectively with service advisors and leadership
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- 5+ years of diesel technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and handle heavy components
- Multiple ASE certifications
- Manufacturer‑specific certifications
- Experience with advanced electronic diagnostic systems
- Can‑do mindset – You take on tough challenges and find solutions
- Continuous learner – You stay current and share your knowledge
