HVAC Data Center Mechanical Service Tradesman

This opportunity offers the chance to service and maintain the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment in the world. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will solve comfort, building inefficiency and other service‑related issues.

• Perform mechanical installations and drive results, mentored by peers, while all other work falls under the labor agreement assigned by the Employer, limited only by their capabilities as determined by the Employer, at the respective apprentice rate of pay.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Respond to basic warranty calls.
• Keep JCI, contractors, and the customer informed of job progress and issues as needed.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure the facility is running efficiently, including upselling opportunities.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.

• Adherence to the company Safety Program.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s licence, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
• Willingness to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipe fitters (this is a Bargaining Unit Position).

Pay Range: hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
