Maintenance Technician

• Start, stop and operate various equipment and systems.
• Perform repairs to facility plumbing systems.
• Perform various building maintenance and repair.
• Assist with electrical, mechanical and construction projects.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to support operational needs.
• Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts if required.
