The Asset Maintenance Tech III plays a key role in servicing, maintaining, and repairing rental equipment. The position handles complex repairs, manages inventory, and mentors less experienced team members. Advanced mechanical skills and a desire to lead in solving technical challenges make this role an excellent fit.

• Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs on rental equipment, ensuring units are rental‑ready.
• Lead inventory control, including cycle counts and necessary adjustments.
• Inspect equipment for quality assurance and maintain accurate documentation on check sheets.
• Manage work orders, recording all parts, labor, and related items.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Operate a forklift to move equipment and supplies as needed.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on maintenance and safety procedures.
• Occasionally deliver or pick up equipment from customer locations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or mechanical repairs.
• Proven experience with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• 2–5 years of welding experience preferred.
• Forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in the rental/pump industry strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
• Safety‑sensitive role requiring strict adherence to all company safety protocols and standards.
• Pre‑employment drug screen and background check required.
