Prospera Housing Community Services seeks a part-time Maintenance Tech III to keep our Corpus Christi properties in top condition. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting and general repairs, supporting the Property Manager and upholding safety standards.
Duties include property inspections, coordinating with contractors, maintaining inventory, and assisting with move-ins/outs. A high school diploma or GED and a Texas driver’s license are preferred; OSHA 10 and EPA certifications
